Accounts Payable Manager- Remote Opportunity

The AP Manager's main responsibility is for the coordination and management of Accounts Payable for Surgery Partners corporate office.
Effective resolution management and Accounts Payable process management are critical pieces of the AP Manager's day-to-day job duties.
Additionally, relationship management of both internal and external customers and peers is a core requirement to being an effective AP Manager at Surgery Partners.
The Accounts Payable portfolio of responsibilities that they will manage will be focused on timely vendor setup, prompt payment of invoices, fielding questions from the facilities and creating/updating user guides for facility reference.
Other duties and responsibilities will be designated by management as needed.
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Managing the payment process for corporate Managing subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their job duties to ensure that processes are effectively working to accomplish the departments goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Associates degree in related field or direct and applicable work experience Business Degree preferred 3-5 years of prior Accounts Payable experience.
Prior AP knowledge required.
Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
Preferred Requirement:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
