DescriptionThe primary purpose of the Locker Room Attendant is to seek excellence in the areas of cleanliness, organization and sanitation throughout the Locker Room, ensure excellent comfort for all member and guest accommodations and to maintain all Locker Room equipment and supplies.
Complete all daily assignments and responsibilities.
Code and file all necessary paperwork and invoices.
Keep management advised of problems or developments related to all Locker Room operations.
Greet all members and guests at Valet and bring all golf shoes or personal items they will need in the Locker Room.
Restock, keep organized, and work with culinary department on Locker Room gratis food.
Work alongside Valet to ensure proper member and guest arrivals and departures.
Keep member and guest golf shoes cleaned; dress shoes properly shined.
Know the locker assignment for each member and guests for the day.
Create nameplates for lockers and luggage tags for luggage.
Keep organized and up-to-date nameplate and luggage tag spreadsheets.
Prepare Locker Room for special events.
Keep all visible surfaces free from dirt or dust.
Keep bathrooms and showers organized and clean.
Keep the proper par stock of all the necessities such as towels, washcloths used each day or a weekly basis.
Keep the proper par stock of cold towels.
Establish personal rapport with each member in order to properly service needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Keep up-to-date on Club policies and procedures.
Perform other duties deemed necessary by management.
RequirementsQualifications (required unless stated otherwise):
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and high workloads with high attention for detail.
